You’ve got a friend in me… Lookee what me and my pardners have for you! The latest info on one of the newest spots in Walt Disney World Resort; another out-of-this-world spot. It’s a Toy Story Land bonanza. Yee haw!!
Toy Story Land Dedication
Dedicated on Friday, June 29 with star Tim Allen (the voice of Buzz Lightyear) in attendance, Guests were invited to shrink to the size of a toy, and step into this newest homage to Andy’s backyard. Joining the newly-expanded Toy Story Mania in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, the Slinky Dog Dash coaster, Alien Swirling Saucers (watch the claw!) and Woody’s Lunch Box quick service vittles, hope to help you PLAY BIG.
Toy Story Land
Since Disney’s Hollywood Studios closed to capacity on June 30th for the official opening of Toy Story Land, it appears to be a hit. Hollywood Studios hasn’t seen that much traffic in a loooooong time. Social media was over-loaded with ride through videos and images thanks to those who braved the crowds.
At noon on opening day, there was a 3 to 4 hour line to be allowed into the Toy Story Land area. Besides that, add on a 3.5 or more hour wait to get on one of the attractions. Let’s say Toy Story Land’s opening was a success!
So, for those of us that haven’t gotten there yet, but are planning to get there soon, let’s have a giveaway! Heck, even if you’ve already been there – you can enter too! You deserve to win if you braved those crowds!
