Contrary to the myth, there will be no melting this summer. Olaf and his frosty pals are coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios starting July 5th, and chillin’ through September 1st. The Frozen line-up includes:
- Anna’s and Elsa’s Royal Welcome {Anna, Elsa, Kristoff, the ice cutters and citizens of Arendelle process to the Sorcerer’s Hat Icon Stage at 11 a.m. daily.}
- For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration {Sing-Along with the retelling of the Arendelle kingdom’s history in the Premiere Theater; showings 12:30- 7 p.m.}
- Oaken’s Frozen Funland {Soundstage One converts into a wonderland with ice skating, ice sculptures and snowman building. In Orlando!}
- Frozen Fireworks Spectacular {Fireworks set to music from the movie.}
- Coolest Summer Ever Dance Party {DJ rocks the Sorcerer’s Hat Icon Stage with Frozen hits at 5:30 pm. daily.}
- Wandering Oaken’s Trading Post {Frozen merchandise, food and beverage.}
- Olaf on Summer Vacation {The most lovable snowman since Frosty is celebrating his very first summer vacation! Take photos in the parks with your very own Take-Along Olaf, tag those pictures on social media with #OlafSummerVacation, and they might very well be included in that evening’s pre-fireworks show!}
The Frozen Summer Fun Premium Package offers reserved Guest experiences for Anna’s and Elsa’s Royal Welcome, For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration and a exclusive nighttime dessert party in a special area for the Frozen Fireworks Spectacular; $59 for adults, $34 for children.
Well, that got me thinking. We won’t be going to Walt Disney World Resort this summer, (insert whimpering), but we will be traveling to visit my son in Europe; some hot and steamy spots in Italy, Montenegro and Greece. (Yes, poor us.) Why not take Olaf with us and put him to the no-melt test?!

Of course, we are huge Olaf fans here and I too will be wishing I were in DHS for all the great Olaf things. But, I guess I will living vicariously through people's blog posts and Twitter tweets. 🙂
