**Updated September 7. 2015 Magical moments. Last night marked the first Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party of the season, and my thoughts turned to last year’s party and the overlapping and whirlwind Walt Disney World 40th Anniversary Celebrations.
Are you (like me!) getting ready for one of the best Special Events that Walt Disney World Resort has to offer? As I prepare for the opening night of this year’s Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, I look back on the spooky memories of past parties.

Add in Trick-Or-Treating, (that translates into bags full of candy!!) Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular, Happy Hallowishes fireworks, (my favorite.)
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party 2015 debuts September 15th and runs through November 1st. These events require a special ticket (prices start at $68) and run designated evenings from 7:00 pm until midnight.

Beautiful pictures! We've never been to any of the parks during MNSSHP and we hope to fix that soon. I love the Fall/Halloween decorations everywhere.
Last year was only my second time, and I liked it so much more than the first- 9 years prior. (Back then, NO ONE dressed up.) I know you'll get there!
I can't believe they've started the MNSSHP celebrations already. It's still a month and a half away! Kind of hard for me to keep claiming it's still summer when everybody is dressing up in their costumes.
Ha- I know Steve, I always go kicking and screaming into fall. Luckily, this helps!!
