My Favorite Spot to Watch a Disneyland Parade

January 22, 2014 By D Marie 20 Comments

Before the parade… passes by…
Grab your spot at Disneyland Resort’s Carnation Cafe; my family’s favorite people watching, band listening and parade spot to be.  From the comfort of your outdoor table, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner and watch the local talent without ever leaving your cushy seat and candy-striped umbrella.

Be sure to make reservations, and request an outdoor table.  Oh, and tap your feet and clap your hands.

I love this idea! My little guy doesn't quite have the attention span for an entire parade so adding treats to the experience may get him through!

Wasn't he spectacular in his band garb? That happened by coincidence during our breakfast there in September. You never know WHAT will come marching by!

Thanks Deb- curbside Main Street is still a must-do, but this is a way to do watch without fighting crowds and/or someone jumping in front of you!

Doesn't he?! He doesn't usually perform with the Disneyland Band, but it was part of a special celebration for Labor Day. He was such a hit!!

Parade or not, you simply MUST grab breakfast, lunch or dinner at the Carnation Cafe. There is something indescribable about eating ON Main Street U.S.A.!! (Just be sure to get a reservation. :D)
