**As forecasted, this race sold out far quicker than usual. (Remember, The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror 10-Miler was pulled from the 2015 runDisney line-up.) Read on for tips to register now that the race is officially full!
Come and get it!!
Mmmmmm. It’s time to order up your Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend. On Tuesday, March 17th at Noon EST, salivating runners can reserve their spot for this November 7th and 8th, 2015 event.
I missed this race last year when I opted for the inaugural Avengers Super Heroes Half Marathon, but I am hungry for more. This St. Patrick’s Day, I will have the parade on my TV and the registration screen on my computer. I’m hoping you’ll join me over at Babes in Disneyland:
If you need more than five pieces of enticement, follow the Virtual Disney Wine & Dine Marathon Weekend Blog Hop; EVERYTHING you need to know for a delectable race event from thirteen well-seasoned bloggers.
As you may know, most every race I runDisney with a charity; it gives me oodles of motivation and I love the “double duty” aspect of running for a cause I believe in. PLUS, you can get a “Golden Ticket,” a coveted spot for a race that is sold out. Like Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon 2015!
**runDisney Charity Groups Program that still have spots open as of 3/18:
– Catch a Lift
– Teaching and Learning Collaborative
– ASPCA
– Noah’s Light Foundation
– Autism Speaks (5K only) (You KNOW I love Team Up!)
I have booked many Disneyland race with GET Sports. They offer stellar service and eliminate the angst associated with registration day. Unfortunately, their spots are sold out for this race. These providers still have spots open as of 3/18:
*** The number of runDisney Travel Providers seems to have expanded for this race:

– Heart of the Valley Travel
– Once Upon a Time Vacations
RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've never done a Disney run before, and I actually have never done a half marathon as I am more of a shorter distance runner – I stick to about 5 K, but I'd love to give one of these runs a try.
Oh, you would be amazed at what your body (and mind) can do Kathleen- trust me! 5K races are a terrific start; try a runDisney10K one day and you will be hooked. I promise!
Wine and Dine is such a fun race weekend but sadly we will have to miss it this year. I registered for NYC marathon with a time qualifying entry and that is the week prior to Wine and Dine.
Congratulations on the NYC!! I have finally resigned myself to the fact that I can no longer do (or afford) every runDisney race. I bet, like me, you'll be hungrier for this race next year. Best of luck!!
That outfit is cute! We have several things we want to do in the fall so we have a few hours left to decide if Wine n Dine is one of them!
Thanks! So…. yay or nay Meranda?? 😉
I loved Wine & Dine! Really, I mostly loved not having to get up at 2:30 in the morning! But running through Animal Kingdom and DHS's Osborne Lights was a welcome change from the Princess Half course! Thanks for lining up with us for #MagicalMonday!
Yes, I seem to do better without the early rise too Amy. Between the course and the PARTY, this one can't be beat. Thanks for a most #MagicalMonday!
Love your costume, Didi! Wine and Dine is such a fun race and I love the after party. I'm not running it this year but it's on my list of runDisney races I'd like to do again sometime.
Thank you!! I was so bummed I had to miss this one last year, until I heard about that crazy monsoon. Fingers crossed for this November- no one likes a soggy Finish Line Party Chardonnay. 😀
Fabulous costume! I hope you enjoyed the parade today. It was a perfect day for a parade! Were you able to register? I hope so. I love following along!
Thank you Deb- I'm in and ready to chow down!! 😉
