There was such fun to be had with last year’s #OlafSummerVacation, that we struggled to find a way to make this the “Coolest Summer Ever”. Of course, Walt Disney World Resort has a full line-up of “Frozen” festivities in store, starting with a “big bang” event.
24-Hour Summer Kick-Off Celebration. Beginning 6:00 a.m. on Friday, May 22, 2015 and ending 6:00 a.m. Saturday, May 23, 2015, The Magic Kingdom welcomes guests donning their best Disney Side to party the night away with Disney character greetings, dance parties, attractions and surprises.
“Frozen” Summer Fun
Frosty decor and daily shows and appearances from your favorite “Frozen” characters will decorate Disney’s Hollywood Studios, June 17- September 7; Queen Elsa, Princess Anna, Kristoff, and of course that most loveable Olaf will rule the day.
Star Wars Weekends
Galactic characters and Star Wars characters are out in Force to entertain, sign autographs, and even dine with guests at the Star Wars Dine-In Intergalactic Breakfast. Enjoy a special evening fireworks display, Symphony in the Stars, and take advantage of cosmic delicacies and hyperbolic limited-edition Star Wars merchandise.
Disney Springs
Downtown Disney continues its transformation into Disney Springs and with new retail locations now open and the new restaurant THE BOATHOUSE coming next month.
Epcot Entertainment
Epcot World Showcase sees new acts will appear, including a summery take on the Voices of Liberty.
A Splash at Water Parks
