Oh, the joy of blogging about our first trip to Disneyland Paris! Combine that with a post about my favorite hobby, running, and it doubles the joy. My all-time favorite Disney jogging path is the 1 mile trek from the Polynesian Resort to the Wedding Pavilion. It borders the Seven Seas Lagoon and has spectacular views of the Magic Kingdom; surely the closest thing to running nirvana I have found. Vive la Difference! In the continued mid-life straddling of nostalgia and the quest for new adventures, I am now dreaming of Disneyland Paris. This is a year of anniversaries for Disney; Walt Disney World celebrates its 40th birthday this coming October 1st, and I'll be there with bells on. The Good My first racing bib! AKA my badge of courage. I have mentioned that I am new to running. During my senior year in high school, I tore my ACL during a gymnastics competition. It was a partial tear, and medicine had no remedy for that injury 35 years ago.
